Welcome,

I’m Elly Keogh, mother of 2, grandma of 4 and married to my best friend.

I graduated as a nurse and later became a Registered Cardiology Technologist. The valuable skills in empathy, patient care, and understanding  of the human body, provided a rich perspective on healing and wellness and I am passionate about helping and caring for people.

Being a free spirited soul, I have embraced my next journey into the world of “Reiki”.

The impact that energy work can have in promoting the body to return to its balanced state is truly remarkable. My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with a sense of calmness, peace, rejuvenation, and over all well-being through my Reiki sessions..
